    Issues licenses to legally hunt and snare wildlife in Epekwitk / PEI. Hunting migratory birds requires a federal licence.

    Hunting season begins September 1st.

    Products specifications
    Eligibility:Residents of PEI 12 years and older who have completed the following:
    -Hunter Education Course
    -Canadian Firearms Safety Course
    -Have a Wildlife Conservation Fund Licence
    -Bow Hunting Safety Course (if applicable)
    -Have a Migratory Bird permit (if applicable)

    Visitors can apply for a licence but are required to hunt with a licensed PEI resident hunter or a registered hunting guide.

    How to Access:Apply for a licence online or purchase a licence from a PEI local vendor (see website for list)
    Documents Required:Hunter Safety Number (issued by government upon completion of Hunter Safety Course)
