Products specifications

Description:	Islanders who have been pre-approved for out-of-province medical services may be eligible for travel assistance to appointments in NS and NB through Maritime Bus. Note: Applicants must apply at least 10 days before out-of-province travel, and the application must be approved prior to purchasing tickets.
Eligibility:	Eligible applicants: -Are pre-approved for out-of-province services from Health PEI -Have not received financial travel support from a non-governmental source If eligible, subsidy is: -100% bus ticket subsidy for annual net household income of $0-$45,000 -50% bus ticket subsidy for annual net household income of $45,001-$65,000 Annual net household income is based on Line 236 on your most recent CRA Notice of Assessment

How to Access:	Apply online at least 10 days prior to travel
Documents Required:	PEI Health Card * Completed application and current Canada Revenue Agency Notice of Assessment
