Description:	In Epekwitk / PEI, individuals who are at higher risk of more severe outcomes from COVID-19, such as hospitalizations, and who do not have any contraindications for the treatment, may be eligible for anti-viral prescriptions. Eligibility:	Have a positive test result, and experiencing COVID-19 symptoms that developed within the last 5 days, and meet the criteria below: -Ages 18 years and older with severe or moderate immunosuppression (regardless of COVID-19 vaccine status) -Ages 65 years and older with at least one of the following high-risk conditions below: -Diabetes treated with insulin -Severe or end-stage lung conditions (e.g. cystic fibrosis, severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma -Rare blood and genetic disorders such as sickle cell disease, thalassemia, urea cycle defects -Severe intellectual or developmental disability -Glomerular filtration rate less than 30
