Description:	Provides free personal computers, laser printers, keyboards, mice, laptops, and monitors to individuals who need one. Applicants must be able to pick up their order in Charlottetown. Equipment requests are first come, first served. Donations accepted. This is a Government of Canada program, delivered by the Dept. of Finance.
Eligibility:	Open older adults, students, individuals/families with a low income, individuals with disabilities, non-profits, and community organizations who need a computer for learning purposes
