Eligibility:	Resident of PEI * Registered owner(s) of the property being upgraded * Live in the property to be upgraded as their year-round primary residence * Be pre-approved under one of the following efficiencyPEI programs: -Energy Efficient Equipment Rebate -Home Insulation Rebate -Energy Efficiency Loan Program for Solar Photovoltaic Equipment
Fees:	No fees * Must have financial capacity to repay loan
How to Access:	Once pre-approval is received by applicant from efficiencyPEI, apply online or email or mail the completed the Energy Efficiency Loan Program application form (available online)
