Eligibility:	PEI and NS residents who have a diagnosed lung disease and are willing to participate in bi-weekly exercise classes and use the provided resources. Lund disease includes: -COPD - Pulmonary Fibrosis -Asthma -Cystic Fibrosis -Bronchiectasis -ILD
