Description:	Free services offered for eligible households to help insulate their homes from cold weather and help make houses more energy efficient. Includes: Air sealing Energy efficient light bulbs Low flow showerhead Programmable thermostat Voucher for a free furnace/boiler cleaning
Eligibility:	Residents of PEI with a total household income of $50,000 or less: - Who own and live in the residence, or pay the total heating costs if renting - Whose property is a primary residence or a year-round rental property - Who have not received assistance from the Winter Warming Program for this property in the last five years - Who agree to the efficiencyPEI Winter Warming Program terms and conditions
