Description:	Provides a wish to children diagnosed with a critical illness. Different types of wishes can be granted and can include travel, kids meeting their favorite celebrity, and more. Staff works with the family closely to grant the wish.
Eligibility:	Ages 3-17 years * Diagnosed with a critical illness that is currently in the life threatening stage * Has not received a prior wish from any wish-granting organization
Fees:	No fees
How to Access:	Referral can be made by completing the online form * A child can be referred by a parent/guardian, medical professional or self-referral
Documents Required:	No documents required for initial referral application
Language:	English * French
