Eligibility:	Individuals who are eligible to vote in PEI can vote by mail-in ballot if: -They are away as a member of the Canadian Armed Forces or their spouse -Are ill or physically incapable of voting at the polling station -Are attending school, travelling or temporarily reside outside the province and are unable to attend at the advance poll days or ordinary polling day -Are incarcerated in a provincial correctional institution
