Eligibility:	PEI residents diagnosed with phenylketonuria (PKU)
Fees:	Yes * Applicants may be required to pay a portion of the costs
How to Access:	Physicians must request registration into the program on behalf of the patient
Documents Required:	Valid PEI Health Card * Physician must include a confirmed diagnosis from the IWK Biochemical Genetics Department with the application
