Description:	Provides eligible applicants who have been prescribed oxygen for the treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) with coverage of up to 50% of approved home oxygen expenses to a maximum of $200 per month.
Eligibility:	PEI residents diagnosed with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) and have been prescribed oxygen Note: Palliative care patients are eligible to apply even if the hospital provides some of the equipment
Fees:	Yes * Applicant must be able to pay their portion of prescription costs
How to Access:	Fill out the Home Oxygen Program Application Form available on the website with your doctor
Documents Required:	Valid PEI Health Card *Completed application form
