Eligibility:	Children diagnosed with a proven growth hormone deficiency or Turner syndrome
Fees:	No fees
How to Access:	Endocrinologist must submit a letter to PEI Pharmacare to request patient registration in the program
Documents Required:	Valid PEI Health Card * Registration request letter from endocrinologist
Language:	English
