Description:	Helps cover the cost of approved prescription medications for eligible families.
Eligibility:	Must meet all of the following criteria: -Eligible income families who are supporting at least one child under the age of 19 years or supporting at least one child under the age of 25 years who is a full time student -PEI resident -Have a valid health card -Have filed PEI tax returns and agreed to household income verification through Canada Revenue Agency Assistance is based on family size and household income. Fees:	Yes * Must be able to pay pharmacy dispensing fee for each eligible prescription
How to Access:	Submit application form by mail, fax or email
Documents Required:	Completed application form * Valid PEI Health Card * Proof of enrollment in an educational institution for dependants under the age of 25 who are a full time student
