Community and Correctional Services - Adult Probation Services

Provides assistance to individuals who have received a Probation Order from the Courts. Such orders require the offender to comply with specific conditions while on probation and each offender is assigned a probation officer to help monitor their compliance. Other services or issues dealt with by Probation Services may include:

• Alternative measures
• Conditional sentences
• Fine option program
• Presentence reports

Note: While people can contact Probation Services at any time with questions about services and programs, offenders should contact the Probation Officer assigned to them for matters specific to their personal case whenever possible.
