How to Access:Submit a written complaint by letter, email or fax * People who have a concern with their investment account, financial advisor or investment company should attempt to resolve the issue with their financial advisor, branch manager or compliance officer before making a complaint to the Securities Office
Documents Required:Complaints must be in writing and include: -Your name and contact information -What the complaint is about -Date and time of incidents -Steps you have taken to try to resolve the issue -Names and addresses of those involved and your relationship to the company or individual who is the source of the complaint -Copies of letters, cancelled cheques, account statements, or other documents that help explain and support your complaint (if available) -Other relevant information that would be helpful to better understand your concerns
