Description:
Provides a three week addiction recovery/transitional program that supports participants to obtain, understand and process pertinent information about their addiction. Includes:
Learning about skills and tools of the recovery process
Developing a personal recovery and relapse plan
Program is offered in closed co-ed groups.
Eligibility:
Eligible participants must be: -Ages 19 years and older -Referred by a Mental Health and Addiction clinician -Currently assigned to or in the process of being assigned to a worker -Medically and psychiatrically stable -Able to abstain from alcohol and substance use for the duration of the program -Comfortable actively participating in a group setting with other participants -Committed to being prepared for each session

Speak with your clinician or contact the Community Addictions Services office in your area to get referral
